What is included in my HotelValet reservation?

The reservation includes one car pick-up/drop-off at the agreed location. The car will be parked in our secured area

What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?

To change your reservation, please contact HotelValet at info@hotelvalet.nl or +31 (0)6 49445742.

1. Call us directly at the number on your reservation receipt and tell our operator your wishes.

2. Email info@hotelvalet.nl with your name, reservation number, and the cancellation number to receive a full refund.

You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your time of arrival.

How and when do I pay?

When you make your reservation at HotelValet.nl, you will pay the driver when the transfer take place. Payment by card is possible, but we prefer to complete the payment in cash.

I need a copy of my receipt.

To request a copy of your reservation receipt, email us on info@hotelvalet.nl or call +31 (0)6 49445742. Keep your name, reservation number on hand.

Why does HotelValet ask for my cell phone number?

To make the transfer so smoothly as possible, we need a phone number to reach you in case of changes.

What happens after I click ''Reserve Now''?

After clicking ''Reserve Now, '' please be patient; it may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation will be sent to your email address. Your reservation email contains all the information you'll need.

You drive to the agreed location. Call us 60 minutes before you arrive at the location at +31 (0)6 49445742. We will park your car for you. Easy, safe and not expensive.

At your return date, call us 60 minuten before departure at +31 (0)6 49445742. We will hand over your car at the agreed location.

Where do I park my car?

You can park your car in front of the hotel, unless otherwise agreed. Our driver will be waiting there for transaction.
